Bill has over 31 years of experience in call center, accounts receivable, and litigation management, supporting both consumer and commercial asset classes. He has operated portfolios in the billions in pre and post charge offs for OSI, NCO, Medaphis, Equifax, Dunn & Bradstreet, West Corporation, American Express, AT&T, Qwest Corporation, Capital One, Duke Energy, mericredit, HSBC, and Citi Bank. His diverse understanding in handling aged inventory gave him a desire to create a company that understands there is no cookie cutter approach when it comes to delivering top tier performance and where clients get boutique handling for their needs. Bill is a United States Marine Corps Veteran and graduate of Oklahoma State University with B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science Information Processing.

Chief Client Officer
Karen has over 25 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, commercial and consumer bad debt management. Her healthcare experience spans from the admission process through collections. She has held senior level positions at several large national firms such as Medaphis, NCO, and Nationwide Credit where she managed multiple locations and lines responsible for annual revenue of $22 million. She has designed and driven advancements in technology and analytics to maximize collections and shorten the time frame from placement to payment, serving as a consultant on multiple software development projects for the industry. Karen double majored in Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Central Florida.
Jessica S.
Director of Human Resources
Jessica facilitates continual positive change at ARC Management Group, for both the staff and clients. Her previous experience working with Sallie Mae, Capital One and American Express in litigation aided with our expansion, licensing and compliance. She manages HR for both ARC employees and the entire legal team, legal processes, trains new employees, facilitates and audits all office operational systems, and organizes regular employee appreciation events. Without Jessica, ARC would not be where we are today.
Steffan N.
Director of MIS/Strategy
Steffan is responsible for information systems used for day-to-day business, implementing and maintaining dialer strategies, and analytics on all incoming and outgoing portfolios. He has over 15 years of collections and AR management experience ranging across many different portfolios, including healthcare, consumer financial services, student loans, business to business accounts, and legal products. He managed multiple products while working for Nationwide Credit and Argyle Solutions. Steffan is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
Arthur R.
General Manager/Strategy
Arthur has over 23 years of experience in commercial and consumer bad debt management. His experience spans from being a collector to General Manager and senior level positions at firms such as Dun & Bradstreet and Nationwide Credit, managing several product lines and multiple locations such as Sprint PCS, The Department of Education, and American Express. He knows every step to success in the industry and was named Manager of the Year along with the most prestigious acknowledgement of President’s Council. Arthur holds a BA degree in Marketing from Jackson State University.
